Für Allergiker geeignet / Mongolisch

Im Mongo's werden wohl alle, die die asiatische Küche gut finden, auf ihre Kosten kommen.

Unverträglichkeiten und vegetarisch / vegane Ernährung sind kein Problem.

Bei der Bestellung wird ein"Trägebrettchen", auf das die gewählte Soße (Allergene sind markiert, bzw können erfragt werden), Tischnummer und bei Bedarf Unverträglichkeiten notiert werden, zur Verfügung gestellt.

Am reichhaltigen Buffet (Gemüse, Tofu, Hülsenfrüchte, Fisch, Fleisch....sogar Insekten können bestellt werden) befüllt man seine Schale und gibt die Schale am offenen Kochplatz ab.

Bei Unverträglichkeiten wird die Speiße separat in einer Pfanne zubereitet, um  Kontamination zu verhindern.

Wir gehen öfter dort mit einem Zöliakie - Patienten und Veganern hin, es gab noch nie Probleme.

Die Speisen werden nach Zubereitung an den Platz gebracht.
Reis kann jederzeit nachbestellt werden.
Im Buffetpreis ist eine optionale Tagessuppe und ein Brotkörbchen enthalten.

Die fleischlose Buffetvarianten ist etwas günstiger.

Hausgemachte und handelsübliche Getränke und Nachtisch gibt es auch.

At Mongo's, everyone who enjoys Asian cuisine will be well catered for.

Intolerances and vegetarian/vegan diets are no problem.
When ordering, a "carrier board" is provided, on which the chosen sauce (allergens are marked or can be requested), table number and, if necessary, intolerances are noted.

You fill your bowl at the extensive buffet (vegetables, tofu, pulses, fish, meat .... and even insects can be ordered) and hand it in at the open cooking area.

In the case of intolerances, the dish is prepared separately in a pan to prevent contamination.
We often go there with a coeliac patient and vegans, and there have never been any problems.

The food is brought to the table after preparation.
Rice can be reordered at any time.
The buffet price includes an optional soup of the day and a bread basket.
The meatless buffet options are slightly cheaper.
Homemade and commercially available drinks and dessert are also available.

Pros: Preise sind noch im moderaten Rahmen, Personal ist immer super freundlich, Personal hat Ahnung von Unverträglichkeiten

Cons: Wegen guter Auslastung gerne etwas lauter, Ich kann nicht genug essen für das Lokal, Mehr weiß ich nicht, ich bin Fan
