When there's not much around in your area, go to MOM's for your vegan to-go. Head to the chilled section to pick up salads, sandwiches, dairy-free yogurt, and then to the cookie aisle for a treat or bakery aisle for Sweet & Natural cakes.
This store is clean with nice wide aisles. Grab a cup of free coffee and wander around looking at all the goodies.

Great store but you can get some things here like nuts, flaxseed, vegan cheeses, ect. at shoppers for less money.

Excellent - Edit
This is one of the best MOM's I have been too. The staff is very friendly and helpful/knowledgeable. I work at night,so they always let me in early to enjoy my shopping. A bit pricey, but sometimes well worth it for organic/raw/vegan as I'm.
Pros: excellent chooses, pretty good values, friendly staff
