No tofu for tofu burritos

Tofu burritos are on the menu but they're often out of tofu. Last time they offered to make me new tofu if they had any tofu in stock which they weren't sure they did. It was going to take 15 minutes for them to prepare the tofu and they let me know that they prepare it on the same grill as the meat. I went home to eat. I won't be going back.
