What I love about Moba: consistent high quality. While there are other vegan places in Belgrade that I enjoy, all of them disappointed at least once or twice, but Moba just keep getting better over the years.
Every item is PACKED with flavour and hides a special ingredient of some kind, like fermented lemon peel, aged beetroot and stuff like that, which really elevate what's basically fast food to a whole other level.
What I don't love: prices. Oh well.
Absolute favourites: aged beet, broccoli and truffles, camembert and truffle burger, tempeh sandwich in sourdough bread, caprese focaccia.
They also have amazing pizza and sushi from time to time, but they are not always on the menu unfortunately.

Take the stairs only - Edit
The hours are not listed correctly. I took the elevator to the second floor, and knocked on the door, no answer. Once the elevator doors close, you need a keycode to enter it from the 2nd floor. I went to take the stairs down and they are locked at the first floor…so I was stuck on the second floor until a security guard noticed me and unlocked it for me.

Belgrade's finest vegan offering - Edit
Hubby and I were in Belgrade for a week in September 2025 and visited Moba several times. Took a bit of finding (upstairs in a shopping centre that looked empty, and just a logo on their door - no 'shop window'), but I'm so please we persevered. The menu is small but perfectly formed. There were sweet and savoury options for breakfast including a high protein option - ideal before a day of exploring the city!), and for dinner there were options to suit you mood whether that be a more junk food craving or something more fresh tasting. We also tried the desserts and I can highly recommend adding one to your order.

This spot is take out only and a little hard to find. It’s upstairs in a mall - you order online. The fritters were my favourite. They make a nice vegan cashew cream cheese too. The sandwich was also good.

I cannot believe I forgot to take pictures—well, maybe I forgot because we devoured everything so fast! We ordered a variety of dishes from Moba: the Umami burger, cheeseburger, chickpea & pistachio falafel (didn't love this one, though I did finish it the next day), BBQ mushroom sandwich, chicken sandwich, the gyro, and the soup. I loved it! The food was really great, and I cannot wait to eat there again.
Read moreI didn't quite understand how to order at first. My hotel was around the corner, so I ventured into this abandoned mall-looking building and found the restaurant on the top floor. I wasn't sure what to order or if anyone spoke English, so I ended up ordering through Wolt instead. I wish I could have just walked over and maybe even talked to someone, because I wanted to try everything. Oh well, next time!

The focaccia with homemade vegan cheese was amazing.
It's extremely messy so it makes sense to eat it at home with loved ones that won't judge you and then to wash your hands straight away afterwards lol. It's also not that cheap for Serbia so if I lived here I would have it as a treat.

Other must-tries: the protein salad (fresh and flavorful), the Thai goulash, the mushroom sandwich, and even the falafel, which is surprisingly juicy.
What I liked a bit less was the vegetable miso soup — it could use a little improvement — but everything else was excellent.
Don’t get discouraged by a few low ratings on the app. Most of them seem to be from people who couldn’t find the place or didn’t try the best things on the menu.
It’s pickup only, tucked away on the second floor of an old shopping mall.

I'm sorry for having to add a very bad entry to the praise here: I ordered dinner over their website and the food never showed up. After an hour, I tried their phonenumber, but noone would answer and I send them another message over their website, again without any luck. So I was very dissapointed and had to go to bed hungry. A very bad experience!

Read moreAs others have mentioned, this is pick up or delivery only, but it's perfectly situated to collect your food and be enjoying a relaxing meal in Republic Square within minutes. Happiness.
The food was prepared quickly (about 13 minutes for my order), collection was simple enough, the service was really friendly, and the food was amazing.
It's definitely an unusual set-up, but before criticising, it's worth reflecting that this was undoubtedly set up to be a delivery-only business that happens to allow some pick-ups. Of course they benefit from increased trade through doing so, but I'm sure a steady stream of tourists hanging around to collect small value orders that will never be repeated is also a nuisance for them at times. And it's going to be mostly tourists.
So... let's be grateful they allow collections as part of this food delivery business, which means we tourists also get the opportunity to experience it easily.
UPDATE: Went back a second time and tried the camembert and truffle burger and miso chocolate cake. Holy crap. I've never tasted anything white like that before. This food is just incredible.

The food is nice but they are too expensive and too unprofessional. I ordered a few times through their site and Wolt and I didn’t get my order. I didn’t get any information basically. I can’t believe that they are not out of business honestly. It is sad because they are a vegan restaurant but I would rather just go to a non vegan place and find vegan options than order here ever again.

It's basically a kitchen behind closed doors preparing deliveries. No seating. I knocked on the door on the right and the guy showed me the menu on his tablet and took my order. Pay by cash or card. Around 15 minutes later he popped out again with my Camembert & Truffle Burger and spicy wedges. And they were great!! Definitely worth the trek from my hotel! Of course, i suppose you can order online if you're into that.

The food is really delicious! Would really recommend the burgers, potato wedges, mushroom sandwich and the miso cake (kept going back for that!) It was a very interesting recipe with poppyseeds in the base. Yum!
