BEST pizza Blenheim - Edit
Highly recommend this wood fired sourdough pizza. Minghettis works from a food truck/trailer that can be Ricky to find. Use the Google map on the web site. They serve pizza that is so much better than other local options. Vegan options available— but I had a pepperoni 🍕 that was delicious.

great vegan pizza! - Edit
we love the Pizza (we had 2 different one and each was great). the dough was perfect. a vegan pizza (they're without cheese) is around 15-18nzd. we would always come back here when we're in town.

Marco is an awesome chef and super friendly, his pizzas are freshly made in front of you and then baked in a wildfire oven to perfection, Amazing flavours and he's happy to accommodate to any requests you may have, you won't even miss vegan cheese the pizzas have so much flavour and the bases are delicious!
