Excellent Find in a Vegan Unfriendly Area - Edit
Eat in or take out. Usually at least one staff member that is reasonably fluent in English. Otherwise non Spanish speaking customers can still get by. Nice variety of dishes that can be made vegan. Staff understands vegan and are very helpful to make a nice vegan meal. If you are staying in this area, this is the only real option, and happily, they are quite good.
