Number one market in Punta del este - Edit
Well.. there is not a lot of easy finds in Punta, but this market is great and every one that works there look healthy and happy which is what we want. Also they have a big selection of organics which are super hard to find in the area and really your only choice for a lot of products. Well done

Good vegan find - Edit
This place offers freshly made vegan sandwiches (with nut cheeses etc.), ready made meals like veggie cous cous and vegan brownies. It also has a juice bar. It doesn't have an extensive menu but what it does, it does well.
The store part is also great and you can find your veggie staples (e.g. tahini, rice milk) as well as some bonus items like chocolate rice milk desserts. There is also a reasonable selection of raw foods.
If you're in Punta del Este, it's definitely worth checking out.
