Options aren't vegan - Edit
Vegan options suggested to us by reviews and staff aren't actually vegan.
Read moreWe asked staff about options as it says to on the menu, the first staff member didn't know, so she went and got the chef to come out and speak with us. We were told by the chef that the Mexican burrito bowl was vegan, the veg curry was vegan, and that the pesto pasta, veg breakfast and chicken salad could be made vegan.
We went to order, then the person we believe to be the owner and/or manager fortunately informed us that the;
Mexican bowl had egg and halloumi in it, the mushrooms are marinated in honey and cooked in butter.
The veg breakfast also has eggs and the marinated mushrooms.
The curry contains shrimp paste; eliminating these as vegan options.
The pesto pasta could be vegan, but it was not our preference. Also it was clear after the interaction with the chef might not have a clear understanding standing of what vegan is or didn't care, as was suggested by his attitude. So we were not comfortable eat here even if the pasta did turn out to be vegan.

The only option in town! - Edit
Very nice coffee shop! The menu is almost all vegetarian and you can easily make it vegan. The only thing is they serve you in take away glasses the smoothies when you’re sitting there. Doesn’t make sense to me. 🤷🏼♀️
