I mean it’s cool they have vegan options - Edit
Vegan Gyoza (which I’ve never seen listed anywhere) and edamame are fair but the ramen itself does not really feel like one - only the noodles are tasty and the rest feels like eating something from a British cooking site (not to offend anyone)

Toyama black ramen place - Edit
A good place for food in Toyama. Close to the station and inviting station. Tried the toyama black ramen that they are famous for which was a bit salty but good. Also had some edamame. It was quite cheap and everything went good.

I enjoyed that they had two options of ramen. Both had very differently flavored broths. They also had edamame and vegan gyoza.

They had a menu with 2 vegan options. The one with the dark sauce was more flavorful than the light sauce. But nothing to rave about. But was one of the few places in the area with clearly labeled veggie options.
