I thought I'd died and gone to vegan chocolate heaven.... - Edit
How often do you encounter a chocolate shop that surprises you with the news that their ice cream is VEGAN? Um, never. Except at Mente Cacao, my new favorite neighborhood shop! The chocolate ice creams were absolute magic. The chocolate orange? It contained actual chunks of candied orange. Ditto on the coconut. In fact, every flavor we tried was amazing. Looking forward to going back for coffee, smoothies, etc...since they do offer dairy free milks on site. If you are in Nuevo Vallarta or traveling further north to Bucerias and beyond, you MUST stop!
