Read morePersoneel en fijne vibe. De vegan club sandwich zou iets méér mogen hebben. Bijv. Iets met gemarineerde paddenstoelen of vegan kipstukjes erin. Daar miste iets.

Remarquable building - Edit
The food was great, but I was even more amazed by the building (Former post office built in the 1920's -Amsterdam school of architecture; now a public library, it opens quite late, just explore it)

The restaurant is located in a beautifull building (former post office) and the restaurant looks nice. We were there for lunch and on the menu are some vegan options, like soup, burger, club sandwich and wrap.

Nice place next to library - Edit
This place is located next to the city library (you can walk in and out both places) and has many seatings. During office hours it’s usually quiet.
Read moreI tried the vegan club sandwhich, which was quite tasty (like kerrie), but didn’t contain enough hummus to make it a protein-rich meal. The Redefine meat burger was really good. The patty reminded me of Beyond Meat, but it’s 3D-printed.
Btw, be aware that they serve tea with a non-vegan cookie and with honey. Please ask for omission in order to prevent them throwing it away when you leave.
