Removing vegan options - Edit
When they’re intentionally pushing out vegan menu options they’re fantastic, but it’s been a few cycles now without vegan menu creations and they’ve also removed one of the two dependable vegan mains. There’s just the tofu bahn mi remaining.

I got a new "Mrs. Goldfarb’s Unreal Reuben" today. The corned beef from Unreal Deli was great, even without the sauce. Since the sandwich didn't have sauerkraut or Swiss cheese I would call it a "Rachel." [Like the departed "Specialty's" sandwich.]

Several vegan choices, but everything is OTT sweet. - Edit
This place is quite the contradiction, claiming healthy fresh from the farm ingredients, but with sweetness levels through the roof. I do have a sweet tooth, but each time I go here I end up at least partially if not totally regretting it. Everything, salads, wraps, sauces and dressings, even the organic fountain drinks such as coke have the sweetness level way way way high. Often bustling and very noisy (especially in peak times), it can get crowded and hard to hold a conversion but does offer outside seating, or you can easily take the food to go and sit near the fountain / grassy area just outside across the street. Staff are always friendly and helpful, they offer free tastes of side salads and beer / wine as you wait in line to pay for your order before proceeding to your seat. Usually at least two of the side salads are vegan. At least with the vegan items such as vegan burger, and wraps, the ingrediants and type of burger (which they don't always offer) rotate regularly, so if you had something you really liked last week, it may be gone or very different this. They also seem to like to use smoked tempeh or other smoked ingredients which for me eliminates 1/3 of the vegan menu.

A new store close to Whole Foods. Has a three item vegan menu selection, plus other menu items that can be made vegan. It also offers the the Impossible burger in a Taco Salad. Quick and tasty. A little pricey but great to have a decent variety of vegan options
