Good for a quick bite - Edit
The location of this chain establishment is pretty good... as it is located in Pruneyard shopping center and so very convenient for a quick bite. There aren't many vegan options but the good thing is that they are clearly marked. Their take on banh mi is pretty good and I almost always have this if I happen to go here. Although, I do feel conflicted as they have all these cows in their decor and makes you wonder if they are trying to sell that their cows are happy😒

Impossible meat salad - Edit
If you’re eating in, I suggest you get the salad tossed. If take out, get the dressing on the side (extra dressing if you like it saucy 😊)

Impossible Salad is fully vegan and is delicious - Edit
Consistently good with a “vegan for all” menu. They have several vegan options including the yummy Impossible Salad, a good veggie burger and several vegan sides. When you pay ask for samples of the side salads. The dijon potato salad is pretty tasty. The foods are nicely marked as vegan. I love this place!

Usually when I go to the same restaurant twice, I like to try different things, but the Impossible taco salad is so darn good that I keep getting it over and over. One day, I plan to try the vegan banh mi.

Super tasty vegan options - Edit
So far I've tried the Impossible Taco salad, Hemp Burger and sadly discounted BBQ Tempeh picnic sandwich - all three have been super tasty (the BBQ tempeh sandwich was amazing - so disappointed they stopped doing it). It is a little on the pricey side but it's great tasting, quality food and I think it's worth it. There are multiple Mendicino Farms in California and they are a great option if you're looking for some quality vegan food.
