Clearly labeled options - Edit
If this pad Thai dish was being served in New York City or somewhere else with a lot of solid options, I wouldn’t recommend it. It was more sweet and sour, and lacking a umami or savory flavor. But, given the remote location of Selfoss Iceland, this is a great menu with clearly labeled options and worth checking out if you are staying here or need food here! Just don’t expect (based on my experience) great Thai food, or much spice!

Solid option in the food hall - Edit
Two clearly labeled vegan options. We had the pad Thai, which was a good dinner.

Just alright - Edit
This food court has multiple vegan options, at least one entree at all the shops I saw. My family (non vegans) ordered the chicken panang, both were edible but certainly nothing to write home about. The food court in general seemed to be so-so at other stalls as well.

Nice dim sum and pad thai - Edit
The restaurant is in the foodcourt of the old Mjólkurbúið, there are nice seating options all over the area. If you order, you get a small beeper, so can sit whereever you want and don't need to wait at the order.
Read moreMenam Thai Dim Sum are next to each other (think they belong the same). We got two different dim sums, which where really tasty and a vegan pad thai, which was full of vegetables and well spiced.
They also got other dishes (check the website) and even a small vegan menu (2 Dimsums dragonsalad for a better price).
Pros: Hip place, with options for everyone
