Love this place! - Edit
I really love how both waiters I have had the 2 times I've eaten here are very aware of vegan friendly options and substitutes. You can order their veg out or other types of pizza and request it "vegan style" with daiya cheese and use of no butter on the Crust. They also have a gluten Free thin crust option with an ancient grains type of Crust. There are 2 appetizers that are vegan or can be made vegan...the hummus is vegan and the bruschetta can be made vegan by subbing vegan cheese. The Bruschetta is AWESOME! Also, they have some really good marinated tempeh to use as a pizza topping and even have a Tempeh or tofu sandwich option in a pita or sub style. Their tempeh is really good (it was my first time trying tempeh though do nothing to compare to). There didn't look like there were any vegan dessert options however right next door, connected to mellow Mushroom, is Moody Ice which excellent vegan water ice. The girls that work there are super knowledgeable on vegan options.
Last but not least, Mellow Mushroom labels "V" on the menu but their "V" is vegan/vegetarian-lacto-ovo. Again, just be sure to ask them to sub with Daiya chesse or make vegan style and they will know the importance of it. :)
Pros: Excellent Menu, Servers are knowledgeable on what "vegan" means, Fun restaurant and decor
Cons: None
