Super affordable menus - Edit
Very affordable menu for 10.50 - or 9.50 if you bring your own dishware. Fresh and organic ingredients, check the daily menu online at meinrad.ch/unterwegs. 5 stars if they wouldn't make 2-3 curry-varieties with rice per week. The menu gets a bit repetitive after a while and lots of the dished taste the same. If you can, try the fried rice, tofu palak paneer or the glass noodle salad, these are great menus!

So ein tolles Konzept! - Edit
In der letzten Woche meines arbeitsbedingten Aufenthalts habe ich meinRad entdeckt und ich war sehr enttäuscht, dass ich dies nicht vorher gefunden habe. Das Konzept hinter meinRad finde ich sehr cool. Frisches, veganes, günstiges Essen, welches man direkt in seinen eigenen Teller serviert bekommt (falls man das möchte). Als ich da war gab es ein indisches Dal und es war sehr lecker - habe nichts auszusetzen

Most inexpensive vegan meal in Luzern. Cash or Twint only - Edit
This food bike offers a daily changing vegan meal plus a few smoothies. At 9.50 it's probably the cheapest meal you can get in Luzern. When I got there the menu was Eritrean "Timtimo" which was perfectly fine but didn't knock my socks off either. I suspect I would have liked the menu more on other days. Seating is either on the nearby church stairs or on the grass in the park right opposite.
