Fairly decent options - Edit
They carry some brands of vegan cheese and meat, as well as tofu. Produce section is pretty good. Not many options in the frozen or canned aisles.

Good selection - Edit
Most meijers have gardein meatless products in the frozen section along with Boca and Morningstar. They also carry dairy free Breyers and Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. There’s also tofu and meatless hotdogs in the produce area. Excellent produce selection. Also carry Silk milk and yogurt. Also carries Daiya vegan cheese.
