Best meal I had in Málaga - Edit
They clearly know how to handle ingrideints. Precise mixture of tastes. A bit on the pricy side (don't expect to be full on only one main) but worth it.
Read morePros: High quality food, Very nice (English speaking) staff
Cons: A bit expensive (8-9 for starters, 14-16 for mains

“salmon” in “hollandaise” - Edit
I went in around 17 o’clock and booked table for one at 19 o’clock. There was a little mistake, but they made an effort to contact me and communicating that.
Read moreI had ‘salm’n broccolini bowl’ along with GB (gin with kombucha from Voelkel, that’s how you know the place is good!).
The “hollandaise” was perfectly creamy and citrus. The “salmon filet” by tofu did impress me with its pink colours, very well marinated!
The two nice waiters very very warming and alert, they understood how to communicate with me (I’m deaf, so we did type on phone)
Pros: 100% plant based , Non-alcohol options, like in many!, Starters & mains & snacks & desserts, what…
Cons: Just know that it’s very small, only 6 tables.

Vegan place in the middle of the city - Edit
It was good restaurant with a great location close to the city center. I love that it is a dog friendly restaurant and the owner was great. I had the sandwich and a lemonade as I was going to eat later during the day.
Read moreI think the sandwich tasted good, but was not the best thing i've eaten. The lemonade was great and if i would have had a bigger appetite, i would probably have ordered more food.
Overall, a good cosy small place in the area with only vegan food.

Always on my list of places to go when I’m Malaga. - Edit
Had another beautiful meal at Meet Vegano. The cauliflower Parmesan wings were so so tasty. I chose the nachos for my main course and they were stunning. The sauces were so tasty and everything was unctuous.
Read moreSuper friendly staff and just a lovely atmosphere.
Was excited to try this place having read the reviews on HappyCow and it really lived up to the great compliments.
The cauliflower wings were so tasty and although deep fried, we’re not greasy. Served with a dip of choice I was spoiled for choice but opted for the lime mayo, which was very tasty.
For mains I chose the summer rolls which were light and tasty and perfect after a heavier started.
The staff were very friendly and helpful with questions
and recommendations. I chose to sit close to the door in December and there was a blanket at my table if I needed it to keep warm.
I really enjoyed my visit.
My only regret was I wish I’d gone hungrier and maybe tried more or something different. #Veganuary

#Veganuary

Everything is AMAZING - Edit
Went there with a group of friends and we shared a lot of different items from the menu. Everything was amazing and even my friend who eats meat said it was the best meal he had the whole trip. Would highly recommend to just share lots of appetizers as they are so amazing! This restaurant is one of my top 10 vegan restaurants for sure. #Veganuary

Amazing - Edit
We visited here after seeing reviews. It's a tiny place with just a few tables so would recommend booking. We shared cauliflower wings which were soooo good (and enough to share), and bao buns to start. For main course the wine braised tempeh bab was delicious and not too filling. My partner had the meet burger which is perfect if you're looking for a really full on sloppy burger. The staff were wonderful and attentive. We didn't have room for dessert sadly. #Veganuary

Must go! Best meal in Spain. - Edit
We are from NY and eat out often. We stumbled upon this diamond in the sand of Malaga. The food was extraordinary- we loved the edamame dumplings, avocado fritters, mushroom bao buns, cauliflower wings, sweet potato fries w truffle mayo. We would go back tomorrow if we were not leaving to madrid. The owners Brigita and Justas are wonderful. The service was excellent. Reserve early as they are small restaurant but We are confident they will expand!

Must go back! - Edit
Delicious quality food exploding with flavour! We had the sweet chilli cauliflower bites with a kimchi mayo start, then I had the tamarind fresh spring rolls with a sauce that was to die for. My brother had the wine-braised tempeh on a naan tortilla with wedges. Super yummy fresh mochi with ice cream and coffee cream to finish . A must visit in Malaga.
Read moreSecond visit: the garlic and Parmesan cauliflower with spicy lime Mayo, fried olives with garlic Mayo (amazing), dumplings (exquisite) and salmon bowl (incredible, tasted like the real thing, very impressive vegan version of a Hollindaise sauce). I think this was one of the best vegan meals I’ve ever had. Try the dumpling and the olives especially!

Mixed feelings. - Edit
If you have the list of allergens, then garlic and onion are absolute must have to be included in the list in any vegan and vegetarian restaurant. In addition very-very high percent of vegans and vegetarians do not eat garlic and consider it not to be vegan, not even vegetarian.
Read moreI asked something without garlic and onion and got rolls which were good. I got a good service from the person who was responsible for my table. But another girl with tattoos, who was working on the bar, decided to ask me to move to another table in the middle of the dinner because her friends came and wanted to seat together. This seems not to be nice and was not necessary at all as I needed 5 minutes max to finish.

Cons: Really small. 6 tables for 2 people each., Probably better to have a reservation.

Never heard of garlic not being vegan... Unless you are a religious Jain who not only are vegan but also don't eat roots and seeds...

Ok. I just did, and it appears I guessed correctly. Garlic prohibition is religious (Jains, Buddhists and Krishna worshippers), not based on the general, widely-accepted definition of what vegan means, that is to avoid as much animal suffering as possible, which implies eating a plant-based food when available. https://canveganseat.com/is-garlic-vegan/#Controversy_Surrounding_Garlic
Read moreOGD
@Tristan it is good that you learned something. There is a large group of vegan that do not accept garlic and onion. Not sure if it is more than half or less (probably more as Indians usually do not accept them). Ten years ago, when I became vegan, it was never the question: garlic never considered to be vegan. But what is important here that there are huge amount of vegans who do not accept garlic and onion to be vegan. They are not better or worse than other group. Just accept and respect them.

Tasty food - Edit
Small place with vegan only dishes some which we’ve never seen or tried elsewhere. The staff are very friendly and accommodated our requests. Presentation is also good and the food is very tasty however some dishes are too greasy for our taste. We tried bao buns with tofu, cauliflower wings, tempeh in wine sauce and tofu-salmon. Cauliflower wings were probably the tastiest of the four dishes. We also wanted to try lotus cheesecake but unfortunately it wasn’t ready yet.

Such a fantastic place - Edit
Service with a smile, interesting menu, all vegan. Make a reservation especially on the weekends as this place is hopping. Was in Malaga for a week and tried as many vegan places as I could and this one is among the very best. My fav menu item was the fresh rolls but the Summer Bao were also delicious.
