Nothing is vegan !

I went there and had to explain three times what is veganism. They gave me two meals with cheese. And never heard about vegan meals and don't know there are on this app.
They have vegetarian options.

Cons: Don't know what is veganism, Have no vegan options

Good vegetarian menu del dia!

I really enjoyed their vegetarian Menu del dia! It's 79 MXN and you get a lot! You can choose between orange or lime water, different vegetable soups, different main courses and you get a dessert. On top of that you get bread and tortillas on the side, with delicious dips like pesto! We kinda rolled out of the restaurant, since we were so full. We've had a really good broccolicreamsoup, shared the canneloni with spinach and the enchiladas and for dessert it was a lime cheesecake. Cosy restaurant as well. I definately recommend it!

Pros: Good and very filling menu, Good price, Nice cosy vibe

Rather disappointing

The restaurant is nicely decorated, but has only 5 vegetarian main dishes. Vegan options are even more scarce. The food was okay, but really nothing to come back for.

Pros: Cheap (vegetarian dishes about 50M$), close to the

Cons: Mediocre food, few options.

Solid option close to the central park

Just to be clear, this restaurant started out vegetarian in the 90's but has been mixed for at least 7 years, so no surprise there. They have a separate vegetarian menu and offer several different all-veg soups and entrees.

I was temped to give it a 3 due to some lackluster waiter service, but the manager/chef stepped in and fixed the experience. Make sure to be absolutely clear that you want vegetarian, and if vegan, "sin lacteos, sin leche, sin crema." Note that a few things which may not seem vegan (like the chef's delicious homemade mustard dressing) in fact are. Worth checking out for quick, inexpensive lunches and a typical yet quirky atmosphere. Tasty chop suey and enchiladas.

Pros: Centrally located, Previously vegetarian, Friendly manager/chef

Cons: Less than 50% veg, Some issues w/waitstaff

A good place for lunch!

Not our favorite restaurant that we found in San Cristobal, but definitely good for lunch and worth supporting. They have a vegetarian meal of the day. We had a very nice vegetable soup and good bread with fantastic basil and cilantro oil spreads. My quesadilla verde was just ok to be honest. The other entree, stuffed zucchini, was good but nothing memorable. The chocolate cake was edible but forgettable. Nice decor, decent food AND inexpensive.
