Echt shopping experience

Open six days a week, this covered market hall draws town denizens who come to buy straight-from-the-farm produce, freshly baked breads, jars of small-batch jam and other comestibles, floral arrangements, and local wines, perhaps lingering over a cup of coffee (sorry, no soy milk). A beautiful, yet effortless, picnic (or more prosaically, takeout) may be composed from the colorful array of grilled vegetables, salads, spreads, and assorted olives — much of it vegan — displayed at the delicatessen counter.

Pros: Fruit and veg don't come fresher in Fellbach

Cons: Also contains butcher's counter, fishmonger
