The falafel is nice, with a nice salad bar. But there are a couple of non-vegan sauces, which they could easily make vegan or leave out.

The newest Maoz branch in Amsterdam is a welcoming spot. It serves the much-loved falafel pita and salad, plus a DIY salad bar. It's the perfect combination of tasty, healthy(ish), quick and inexpensive. The owner was particularly friendly.
