Nice falafel (not fully vegan) - Edit
Nice falafel and pita, with salad bar where you can choose your own salad items and sauces. The fermented eggplant is great, and so it the tahini sauce. And you can take as much as you like. Affordable vegan not too unhealthy food right in the center of Amsterdam!

The newest Maoz branch in Amsterdam is a welcoming spot. It serves the much-loved falafel pita and salad, plus a DIY salad bar. It's the perfect combination of tasty, healthy(ish), quick and inexpensive. The owner was particularly friendly.
