Veg-Friendly, Local Friendly, on Campus - Edit
If you're plant-based on Cornell campus, dining is limited.
Read moreManndible has got your back, and offers a very clearly labelled menu, heavy with plant-based options. The burrito menu is phenomenal, with local organic tofu, mushrooms, local organic greens, and salsa. Very large, healthy, and filling, and affordable.
Regarding the Cornell dining halls, the food is good, but many items aren't clearly labeled. Many things that you would think are vegan, like french fries, are not labeled, and are not vegan, because they have egg based breading when fried. Other items like hummus, are also not labelled, and you would presume they are vegan, but they don't label it, and no-one who works there seems to know or care.
However, Manndible is the spot to make sure you know what you are masticating. They are great, and fast.
Pros: Tasty, Fast, Affordable

Great local vegan food - Edit
Manndibles has a great variety of locally sourced and tasty dishes! The burrito bowls are great, and can be made using vegan items (seitan and tofu). The vegan baked goods are also great (I enjoy the muffins). There is also a rotating selection of vegan grab and go items, such as tofu wraps, falafels, and veggie dishes. Probably the tastiest food on Cornell campus!

Cute cafe within Cornell Campus, vegan friendly - Edit
Great option within Cornell campus. They have really yummy burritos where you can pick your own fillings. vegan options clearly labeled. They also have a yummy breakfast burrito, salads, vegan to go container options, vegan cream cheese and bagels, vegan baked goods. My husband's lab is across the street so sometimes I will meet him here for lunch and we always enjoy it! Its very close to the Cornell Botanic Gardens, so in nice whether we'll pick food up from Manndible and eat it in the gardens. Our kids love picking their own burritos here!

I kept coming back! - Edit
Came to Manndible for a morning meeting today and got the tofu scramble wrap (minus cheese). It was so yummy! It definitely could have used more salsa and some hot sauce, but it was a great portion for a great price! I loved it so much that I came back for an afternoon meeting and grabbed a soy latte. They have tons of snacks available too (I grabbed a fig bar because I'm obsessed). If you're on Cornell's campus make sure to grab a bite here!

Deservedly popular! - Edit
The tofu scramble is to die for! Desserts are delicious with many vegan options. The on-the-go selections (e.g. ready-made lasagna) make Cornell Dining's "grab & go" look absolutely pitiful. The space itself is very nice--if you can get a seat! Lunchtime rush hours are insane. Also, fyi freshman & new students: tragically, Manndible does /not/ take your Big Red Bucks.

Amazing, reliable, great variety - Edit
I'm vegan and I go to Cornell, and I pretty much live at Manndible. I get the tofu scramble with salsa and avocado instead of cheese. The burritos are also great, with amazing fresh vegetables that change seasonally. The drinks are also all wonderful, especially the specialty espressos, and can be made with soy milk. They often have vegan desserts like vegan pumpkin pie and coffee cake. Pretty much everything a vegan could ever ask for.

Cons: Serves meat, Sometimes crazy busy
