Yummie gf and vegan sandwich - Edit
Small place but very lovely! (limited seats but you could also order as take away and eat in a nearby park. I ordered to it in and it was nice - calm atmosphere but you have to sit on stools along the wall)
Read moreThere is an English menu by the entrance which is helpful.
I had a vegan & gf sandwich: vegan cheese, sun dried tomatoes, broccoli and mustard and it was so nice!!
Only 11minutes from the train station, so it’s perfect if you’ve just arrived and need something to get you going.
The staff were lovely too!
Pros: location , vegan sandwich options , gluten free options

Nice - Edit
I had a nice bagel sandwich, and they also offer a vegan cake. Good for a quick bite on the healthier side, but nothing mind blowing.

Absolutely amazing - Edit
I walked in and the man at the counter immediately greeted me and wanted to give me some suggestions so I told him I was vegan and he pointed out exactly what was vegan on the menu even though the menus already had a separate vegan/vegetarian section. They also have another menu in English by the door which was nice. I got a juice which was freshly pressed and amazing and a sandwich which was probably the bests I’ve had in Italy and I’ve been here for almost three months. Had vegan cheese, chick pea “cream”, and roasted veggies but there were a ton of other options and you can build your own sandwich if you don’t love their options. There were also a ton of vegan salad options and they are happy to alter non vegan dishes to be vegan for you!

Perfect lunch place - Edit
Good selection of vegan sandwiches, salads and daily specials. Very reasonably priced and great for lunch. Small space with maybe 10 bar seats. Seems to be popular with locals

Very good overall - Edit
The food was good and seemed fresh but it was a little pricy. It was very near the hostel we stayed at and was a nice morning brunch. The vegetarian and vegan options were very clear on the menu and the owners spoke English and helped us pick our meal.

great vegan food - Edit
Manna is a tiny restaurant close to the Vittorio Emanuelle metro stop. The owner is very friendly and speaks English. They also have an English menu on the wall.
Read moreThey have 3 vegan sandwiches on the menu, as well as a few vegan soups. He also told us that we could create our own sandwich from the different ingredients that they have on stock.
They also have a vegan daily special on a chalk board, (which was a 3 grain dish with mushrooms, zucchini and truffle when we were there) and smoothies.
They have a few places to sit, but it's a (small) bar facing the wall, no real tables. Also no outside seating.

Super yummy vegan food!! Great music, vibes!! And very friendly staff!! :) - Edit
I would give Manna 5 stars if I could. I was so relieved to find this very chill mellow little spot close by the Termini, not a far walk at all, around 10-15 mins. Beautiful and super delicious vegan salad, soups, smoothies, juices and desserts.. Just what I was craving and struggling to find around the area. All the food was reasonably priced as well! I was pretty happy! Most meals ranging around 4-6 euros. Leonareo was such a lovely guy! He was very welcoming and friendly (also speaks great English) He has an Italian menu as well as an English menu on the wall for those who don't speak Italian so you won't have to whip out Google translater for all those hard core vegans out there, good thinking Leo!! Great music and sweet vibes! I couldn't more highly recommend this spot. Check it out if your in the area for sure!!!! 😊
