Daily Vegan option - Edit
Manna offers 1 vegetarian and 1 vegan lunch menu daily: juice, starter, main. Tasty, very good quality and nice presentation. Menu is shown on their website.

Decent option for downtown Innsbruck - Edit
The vegan and vegetarian options are clearly marked on the menu. Main entrees were around 14 euro. The meals were cooked with fresh veggies.
