Really nice Indian restaurant - Edit
I have been to this place a few times and it never disappoints. The food is flavoursome and good portion sizes. It is not a vegan or vegetarian restaurant but they will make things vegan if you ask. Vegan ice cream and pecan pie too!

When I passed they server told me there's no vegan menu but maybe he was uninformed. Please write a review if you have more luck.

Best Indian food - Edit
Really excellent food, much higher standard than a good Indian restaurant in the Uk. The pakora and samosas were particularly good - really light and crispy. The accompanying sauces were delicious. The naan bread was also excellent - they aren’t cooked in the traditional way (as it’s cooked with electric as they are in a wooden building!) but it was really light and fluffy, not dry at all. Since the vegan version has no added oil, I was really surprised by how good it was. The highlight was the coconut curry - exceptional flavour and texture. Lovely decor and nice waiter too. We had a beer each, two starters, two mains (which came with rice) and a naan and it came to chf 100. Expensive, but good value for Gstaad! I heard the waiter tell another guest that the dishes are smaller on the vegan menu but since they came with rice and we got free poppadoms, I don’t think they are ripping us off!!!

Nice little place in Gstaad - Edit
Well hidden behind the beautiful windows of Gstaad, this small restaurant offers a few tables, and take away. You can see them cooking. The dishes really taste like South India, but it's a little expensive anyway !! Several new items as Thali, and paneer tika masala
