Has been better - Edit

The food is starting to go down hill a bit. It was so good until the last year or so. Tried to support them as a small business since Covid and ordered several times, hoping the food would improve and it hasn’t. This last time the tofu bulgogi was not the roasted/bbq type dish it used to be, but almost like raw tofu tossed with veggies and sauce. Still tasted ok, but not great and not the dish it’s supposed to be.

The vegetable pho was so flavorful and nice portion sizes available depending on your hunger level. The fresh rolls are huge and also good. They also make the coffee and tea with almond milk.

Mama's is a wonderful family owned business. They are very helpful, and responsive on Facebook if you have questions about items before going. I messaged them and they confirmed that their vegetable egg rolls and vegetable pho are both vegan. The egg rolls are huge and insanely good. The pho broth could have a little more flavor in my opinion, but they do have a fantastic assortment of condiments to add to it if you are eating in, which make it really good. I recently tried the tofu bulgogi and it is incredible. I highly recommend this place!
