Best hot chocolate in town! - Edit
The hot chocolate with oat milk is excellent. It's rich and decadent. They have a few vegan baked goods that are all clearly labelled. The pumpkin and coconut snail and the banana bread are particular highlights. This is quite a small branch so there's not much room to sit in.

Decadent hot chocolate - Edit
Not every branch of Mamacoffee has hot chocolate these days, but they serve it at this JzP branch and it is sensational! It's so decadent, it's really the best hot chocolate in the city for me. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I'm told the coffee is good too. It's not all vegan so you need to specify which plant based milk you want.

There are only three tables indoors, it's quite small and crowded. There are a few outdoor tables and it's right by the square so you can also get takeaway and sit out there.
There's a step up to the entrance.
The staff are always lovely, and it's very English-friendly.
