Delicious Veggie Food

Mexican inspired vegan and vegetarian entrees. The chef is from Mexico, in Bulgaria.

Pros: Cashews in veggie quesadillas., Sombreros as decorations. , Incredible music!

Cons: Not enough people eating this yummy food.

Excellent vegan fajitas

While not vegan on the menu, if you ask they can make the veggie fajitas vegan (they can also do the same for chilli sin carne).

Food is mild spice but very tasty. Probably the best food I'd had out on borovets.

Place gets busy and we'd had several recommendations to go there from other skiers, so recommend speaking to the guy on the door about a reservation.

Pros: Wait staff understood vegan, Good food!
