Good açai bowl

Not the best range of options for us but the açai bowl was good and had a large helping of peanut butter! Staff were friendly too.

Great acai and coffee

Had acai bowls and coffee here twice. Probably one of the better places for coffee in split that i went to. The acai bowls were really great both times, one of the best ive had in europe - and theres a lot of vegan options

Good options, slow take-out

The best thing about this place is the choices and scope for customisation. I had their only vegan signature bowl, which had pineapple, edamame beans, seaweed salad, tofu and a dressing (might have had more but can’t remember). It was good, but I’ve had better bowls with more flavour. My main issue was with the tofu which was just plain and tasted of nothing. Might be good for raw vegans but for me it was an unwelcome addition.

The service for takeout wasn’t great, I stood for a long time without acknowledgement from kitchen staff before they informed me I’d have to wait for a waiter to take my order. My order took a long time to prepare and I was left waiting by the counter. Having said this, I would go back again for a sit down meal but definitely would be avoiding the plain tofu!

Pros: Tofu two ways, Option to customise, Reasonably priced

Cons: Slow service for take-out, Tasteless tofu

We love acai and with 38°C it is perfect. It is the super fruit of the Amazon forest with maaaany properties, but it is still difficult to find it. Every time we catch some place It has, we try to get it.

This restaurant of acai and poke bowls, in the streets of the old town of Split, had several types, but we chose the traditional one: double acai, granola, almonds, bananas and blueberries (triple antioxidants to the vein ) we asked for an extra chocolate chips. Good Price and good portion. We shared one and it was bacan (chilean perfect).

Pros: Acaí bowl!

Cons: Air conditioner

Delicious, Nutritious Smoothie

Was happy to drink a smoothie with acai, mixed berries, banana, spinach, chia seeds, and soy milk. Good way to start the day!

Great açai bowls & juice

My hotel was right across from Maka Maka and I went here three times in my five day stay for an acai bowl and green juice. Didn’t try the poke but the vegan option looked pretty good. Great spot!

Build Your Own Poke Bowl 🌱

MakaMaka’s food was delicious! The option to build your own poke bowl is brilliant & the price is very fair. I ordered three portions of tofu in mine & they didn’t disappoint. I loved every mouthful!

Pros: Build Your Own Poke Bowl, Fresh and Fast Service, Good Value for Money

Cons: Only Bottled Water is Offered

Variety of options

Lots of good topping options, however, only the tofu appears to be vegan. Also, the prices are relatively expensive. Saying that, the food I had was excellent — loved the zoodles!

Coffee with almond milk.

We only had some coffee with almond milk and we would not recommend as milk turned in to custard. Staff was nice though.

Pros: Nice stuff. Salads bowls looked good

Cons: They do not know how to make late

Wish I'd found this place sooner!

Poke place that offers bowls made with tofu, veggies, and a variety of bases (rice, zucchini noodles, salad, etc.). Also has acai bowls and smoothies. It was much quieter and less crowded than other places in town.

So good, had to go back!

The food here was great! Everything was fresh and healthy, and could easily be made vegan. I built my own poké bowl with tofu and veggies for one meal. I also had the rio açaí bowl (added peanut butter) twice! This place is definitely a must when in Split!

Pros: Many vegan options, Healthy options , Super delicious
