Love love this place!! - Edit
So many things at this place are vegan, including the delicious and on point onion rings, which are hardly ever vegan at restaurants! All of the bread is vegan so you can choose any style of pizza without worry, eat the pretzel and even order garlic knots because they use vegan butter on them as standard! Their special sauce is vegan. The Brussels are vegan, the fries are vegan, the hummus sandwich is vegan, 3 of the 4 salads are vegan when you omit the cheese. Speaking of cheese, they have vegan cheese. Not only do they have all of these options, but the food is DELICIOUS! And the beer is so good too. All of the staff that my big group interacted with knew what was vegan on the menu or said they would be right back to check. All around super inclusive, dialed in and delicious vegan friendly establishment in the mountains. Highly recommend!

It always makes new so happy to have pizza and not worry if it's in fact vegan. I watched them make it, sitting at the bar not being a Karen. So delicious.

Vegan cheese, but minimal veggies - Edit
Loved local business, which happen to have Blue Grass band in a Thursday summer evening. Dog friendly outside seating. 14” Pizza starts at $15, which isn’t bad. Offers gluten free dough too. But once add vegan cheese and 5 toppings, the price jumped to $26. Problem was that toppings, for this price, were minimal. Would go back, but not best pizza ever.

Tasty pizza - Edit
My boyfriend and I stopped here after heading back from St. Vrain Canyons. I ordered the mushroom pizza with dairy free cheese and it was lovely! The staff were also extremely nice. I would definitely come back again next time I’m passing through Lyons.

Contender for the best pizza in CO! - Edit
First off, the pizza is delicious. The cheese is not run of the mill Daiya or Follow Your Heart. I can't remember what it is, but it is a delicious specialty cheese. The crust is delicious and the toppings are fresh. The menu is clearly marked, and the owner cares about providing delicious vegan options.
Read moreThe only downside would be if you're looking for any mock-meats, they don't have them. I'm personally don't typically want that on my pizza, so that's not an issue for me.

The pizza here rules – super good vegan cheese that actually gets melty and reheats wonderfully the next day. Lots of vegan beer options, awesome cauliflower wings with many sauce options and a decent salad.
