Cute Vegan Spot - Edit
Everything on the menu was vegan. It was a little hard to find the place and it's kind of marketed towards a very specific audience (I got the "Cutie Patootie") but it's tasty and healthy nonetheless. Plus it's the only vegan spot I could easily find here in Pullman.

Finally Pullman has a vegan restaurant! - Edit
I found this place while searching Instagram. I've been visiting Pullman multiple times a year for work and always made my way over to the co-op in Moscow hoping they'd have something vegan on the hot bar. No more hoping because Main Street Squeeze is open! I tried multiple smoothies and they were delicious. I also tried two of their juices, tasty! I also really liked the tacos and kale salad.
