All products are gluten-free and made without eggs, dairy or refined sugar.
The menu changes everyday, but you can view "Today's Menu" on Instagram / Facebook.
Honey is used very occasionally, but it's clearly labelled (in Japanese though) and the pastry chef explains ingredients in detail if you ask. Also they sometimes have a savory muffin with shirasu (baby sardines) which is popular among children here, but what they have is largely vegan
