I find myself consistently returning to madame waffle and I always leave with happy tastebuds and a full belly! An abundance of delicious vegan sweet or savoury waffle options! They offer add ons like vegan ice cream and having pecans baked into the waffle for an extra texture!

If you have a sweet tooth I’d highly recommend the banoffle or for a more natural sweet option I’d recommend the cherry bakewell as they add fresh cherries so no fake flavourings & the almond really complements the whole thing

My friend and I decided to stop in for a quick breakfast after our mate's wedding, and Madame Waffle is ideally located in the heart of Lincoln. Plenty of nearby parking (I recommend Lucy Tower Street) and bus stops. It's also a short walk from Lincoln Central Train Station.

I went for the vegan all-day breakfast with a choice between waffle or toast (Just to be clear, it is called Madame Waffle 😝🤣) and my friends went for the banana waffle.
The maple syrup used for the waffles is just divine 😄 The breakfast was a pretty standard dish with generous portions and good flavours.
The meal was so good we actually got a second dish of oreo covered waffles 😝

The only point against this venue is that it's not fully vegan. And seeing as there's no fully vegan restaurants in Lincoln that I could see through browsing HappyCow and Google Maps, I feel there's some real potential for this venue to fill the gap. Just some food for thought anyway 🤣

We would love to visit Madame Waffle again. The vegan menu is extensive, so we didn't feel like we were missing out on anything compared to omnivores. We loved the Vegan (full English) Breakfast - especially the bacon - and the Cherry Bakewell, which perfectly balanced sweetness with the almonds so as not to be cloying.

The vegan menu was almost as big as the main menu, with alternatives available for the majority of dishes.
Read moreI had the chuckless & avocado waffle, and added vegan bacon and mayonnaise. The food was absolutely gorgeous! It also came with a side of coleslaw which looked clearly different to (but better than!) the coleslaw my friend was given on her omni meal which is always comforting too!
I also got a dirty chai latte with alternative milk, unsure if vegan milks are listed on the menu but they have several available.

I had the cluckless waffle. Never had a savory waffle before and these toppings seemed odd but I thought - trust the process - and it was delish. Also had a raw juice and this was also great.
