Beautiful Presentation, Disappointing Flavours - Edit
This was by far the most expensive meal I've ever had, so my expectations were incredibly high. We had the eight-course tasting menu, and I was hoping for an unforgettable dining experience with bold, exciting flavours. Unfortunately, I left feeling deeply disappointed.
Read moreThe dishes were beautifully presented, but they seemed to lack the most important element: taste. At one point, I found myself looking around the dining room wondering if I was the only person who wasn't "getting it." One course was essentially a hollowed-out slice of cucumber topped with three paper-thin radish slices, a wasabi cream, and a flower petal. It looked artistic, but it mostly tasted like... cucumber.
My dining companion was also served a chanterelle dish where the mushroom was surprisingly cold, and there was even grit from the soil left on it. The wine pairing was enjoyable, and a couple of the eight courses were decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional.
Considering the price, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. While I appreciate creativity and fine dining, I expect memorable flavours above all else. Sadly, I didn't feel that the experience justified the price.

Read moreThey have a varied menu depending on what seasonal ingridients they have, they have four different menupackages with one vegan option, you have to inform that you want the vegan option beforehand.
It is pricey but so worth it if you look for high end vegan food. A real experience for your tastebuds!

Go here and taste the food. If you don't you'll really miss out. Just make sure to include vegan tasting menu when you make a reservation (vegetarian is available without mentioning it in the reservation)

Only able to give 4 stars but I would give it the total amount of starts. Can't wait to come back
