Also operates catering service and food stalls at events. Previously operated the now shut Lydia's Sunflower Center. Reported closed April 2021.

MOST GENEROUS & WHOLESOME! - Edit

Well first of all, can eat anything, but in case you can’t, Lydia’s is All Gluten-free & garlic & onion free too! And as far as kindness and warmth, Lydia exudes it! She was closing when we came in—we were buying the food for 17 people marching 155 miles for “The Right To Rescue” (Animals from criminal conditions and treatment. And she stayed open for us for as long as we needed so we could have nourishing, delicious food for our epic journey. Everything nutritiously packed with warm kindness and a service of love. We lamented about how much we wished today that we could mobilize her to follow us wherever we go! Thank Lydia—this review pales to how I feel. Gratitude and Love. Every Blessing!

Small But Mighty - Edit

Lydia’s is a very small health food shop but the staff is friendly and they have everything clearly labeled if it’s vegan, gluten free, etc. Great place to grab a snack or light picnic lunch.

Great place for raw foods - Edit

A very small store for raw foods. Lydai's has a lot of unique foods to check out. I have been really hooked on the Sprouted Almonds Spicy & Savory. They have kale type bars, raw almond macaroons, purple goddess salad, oven bake falafel, chocolate chip cookies and tons more. Posted on packaging is Vegan, gluten free, corn free, peanut free GMO free and more. Really nice people and very knowledgeable too.
