Chef Paulina at Lupe 87 made our wedding weekend at Surya Valle de Guadalupe extra special.
Read moreI’ve visited several times before and she’s always been accommodating with my vegan requests—but this time, she went above and beyond. With a full group reservation at the hotel, she reviewed all of our guests’ dietary needs (vegan, allergies, etc.) and created a custom menu around them. Every guest raved about the food!
Paulina and her team kept the kitchen flexible around our event schedule and made sure everyone had access to amazing meals throughout the weekend. Her attention to detail, creativity, and care for our group made a huge impact.
We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Her cooking is a true highlight in the Valle—especially if you're looking for vegan-friendly options that don't feel like an afterthought.
