Good stop a lunch - Edit
Great service, positively Syltish (Sylty?), makes tradition almost modern.
Read moreEnjoyed the bread a lot as well as the Fliederbeerensuppe (which was very sweet for our taste but nonetheless).

Friesenbrot auf Sterneniveau - Edit
Das vegane Friesenbrot hat mich unglaublich begeistert! Jede einzelne Zutat, wie zum Beispiel die rote Beete, hat intensiv und gut geschmeckt. Alles zusammen hat perfekt harmoniert. Man merkt sofort, dass sich der Koch Lund, bei der Kreation des Gerichts intensiv mit den einzelnen Zutaten auseinandersetzt hat damit alles harmoniert. Ich habe noch nie so ein leckeres belegtes Brot gegessen!
