Lucy Vegetarian Cafe

The one and only veggie restaurant in Balikpapan.
As already mentioned in comments, not sure it's vegan, but vegetarian, yes, for sure!
Communication is a problem if you don't speak Indonesian! We had our dictionary and tried hard with the friendly staff to make things clear! And it all worked out!

Saya vegetarian, baru kali ini mencoba masakan vege yg nikmat seperti masakan khas nusantara. Saya paling suka makan jamur crispy dan capcay. Pokoknya top bgt deh cafelucy, masakannya tetap enak walaupun tanpa bawang Dan msg. Saya suka sekali makan disini sambil wifian, tingkatkan kualitas nya ya cafelucy

The Vegetarian Lucy restaurant (called cafelucy) is good vegetarian n vegan food in east kalimantan. The famous food is meat ball,soup,noddles,satay, fried rice,crispy mushrooms and pizza. All of the food is tasty, the place are easy to find and near to shoping center. This restaurant has already registered in gojek app and nice to be a member, I love to visit here. I hope this restaurant continue to evolve for better

This place was extremely hard to find and it was a disappointment. I am not sure whether it's a vegan restaurant. The menu has pictures of meat and fish dishes but they say they are vegan. The staff was nice but could not speak or understand English so it was very difficult to communicate. I ended up having gado gado, which, usually is a vegan dish. The food was tasty but nothing of special. Go there if you are close by but do not bother to look for it.
