We have eaten at the Lucky Pig three times now and every visit has been fantastic. The portion sizes leave you feeling well fed, the alcoholic drinks are tasty, the staff are very friendly and if you're lucky you will also get to experience some live music too. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Great place with lots of nice vegan meals, great drinks (variety of gins). The burgers are great and so are the sides: Try the frickles! (fried pickles). Another nice feature: you can order and pay online.

Took my firmly carnivorous boyfriend here on our last day in Edinburgh and he really enjoyed the BBQ platter. I had the time of my life with the SXSW burger, really delicious food and huge portions, they also specify on the menu if something is vegetarian (so it's not vegan) which is a nice change. Massive range of drinks and cocktails but they're pricey, I had one that was £9 and it was mostly ice so we swapped to wine after that.

Got the BBQ Plate and it’s straight gas 10/10. Then got the second burger on the menu, also absolutely amazing. Not to mention just everything about the place is nice. The drinks, the staff, the atmosphere all 10/10

What an absolute gem of a place! Stopped off here for some food and drinks before a gig and loved it all! The food was amazing. BIG portions, so had to leave a bit behind, but the flavours were wonderful. The décor is fantastic too and definitely worth the visit!

The food here is to die for. We had the lucky bbq platter and the bbq brisket burger which we both ate in disbelief at how good they were. The ribs with the platter were the highlight. Cocktails were good too! It’s a very cool place with a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere, contactless ordering using a qr code on the table, and large serving sizes! This restaurant is fully open so the Covid note at the end of the description doesn’t apply anymore. I got the fried seitan and it was great – pure vegan junk food 🧡 The vegan white russian is a hit too!

The portions were generous, and the food seemed like it was made in the kitchen, rather than just brought in pre-prepared. Would recommend the buffalo cauliflower, and the fries are good. Try the ribs for a better seitan than the chicken. Fun atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing food and cocktails, all food veggie and I believe there is a vegan option for everything too. Get the frickles and the buffalo cauliflower! Staff are always really helpful. Probably best to book ahead as it’s usually quite busy

Absolutely loved the food here! Shared fries, mac and cheese, cauliflower wings and chilli with our party of two and it was absolutely great. Will definitely be returning. Cocktails were brilliant too!

Our party ordered 2 burgers, philly cheese steak fries, buffalo cauliflower wings and chipotle cauliflower cheese and I think this could have filled us for the week! So impressed with the variety of options and the portion sizes, and the cocktails are gorgeous. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience, food was plentiful and packed with flavour! Table service and one way system in place to adhere to social distancing. Heat lamps for the tables near the wall outside.
