Nice buffet!

Surprised by the flavours and structures of this buffet! Lady couldn’t speak English but luckily a Vietnamese customer translated for us. You just grab a plate and put on it what you want. Best option around in Ha Long!

amazing choice

this was such a welcoming cafe/restaurant!! the staff were so helpful and friendly, despite many not knowing much English. the food was delicious and we were so shocked by the mock meats - honestly tasted like real meat (which kinda made me feel a bit weird haha.)

Pros: cheap/affordable, lovely staff

Cons: a lot of fried/oily foods

Good selection

Good selection of dishes and its all you can eat. For the price it's amazing. Price depends on how much you eat (30k-60k). Drinks 10k extra. My girlfriend and I both ate our fill, and she had a drink, all for 85k. No less than 24 dishes (plus 2 soups), about 50/50 mock meat and just vegetables....There was also aircon and a fan.

Pros: Lots of options., Cheap for what you get., Options without mock meat.

Cons: Smallish - just 18 seats.

Cheap vegan food.

I think no one in their right mind would complain about getting that much food for that price (3$). Some dishes were better than others but this is how it works. We ate there 3 or 4 times when in Ha Long and that was enough. The girl working there was friendly enough, knew English so helped us with a couple of things and the price is awesome for travelers on a budget.

Pros: Price, Friendly enough staff, Tasty food

Cons: Lack of AC

Typical buffet

The food was a little cold and none of it was particularly special.

Need info, please.

When we visited, it was closed at 3+pm. Then we have noticed someone appeared and got some prepacked food. I run, since we had a second store closed at 3 on us. The owner were nice and let me get some cheap leftovers from the trays in the darkened room.
I forgot to get ANY info.
Could someone please post more reasonable details?
Thanks!
Sergei.

Good Food for Good Price

I visited this Loving Hut location in April 2018. It’s buffet-style, all you want to eat, for 60,000 dong ($3 usd). There is a huge rice cooker, a few soups, and lots of veggies, fake meats, and Vietnamese foods like spring rolls and other little things, all made vegan. Lots of locals were eating here and it’s a communal table system, which I thought was sweet. I really loved it and will definitely be again during my stay in Ha Long Bay.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Inexpensive

Cons: Nothing is translated into English

Pros: alles vegan!

Cons: kein schönes Ambiente, kein Englisch
