Really good Vegan options. - Edit
Based on a HappyCow recommendation, I ordered the vegetarian fajitas without cheese, sour cream, or rice. Interestingly, the review noted that the beans here are vegan but the rice is not—which is a surprising swap from the norm. I confirmed with the staff that the beans are indeed vegan, so I felt confident sticking with that choice.
Read moreThe fajitas were absolutely wonderful. I also noticed a dedicated vegetarian section on the menu right above the fajitas; while most of those items include cheese or sour cream, I’m sure they could be easily modified to be truly vegan or plant-based. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Los Amigos!
