We tried all vegan restaurants in the greater area and this one is the clear winner by far! The chef is an artist, prepares delicious food and deserves to be visited as soon as possible! Prices are right, service is sublime and the wine is perfect too! Go there for lunch while at the beach or come for dinner, it's well worth it!

I piatti presentano sapori delicati e accostamenti interessanti. Ho provato la terrina gratinata di ravioli di grani antichi (con ripieno di carciofi, patate e limone fermentato) e la millefoglie di verdure con hummus di lenticchie beluga. Entrambi i piatti erano ben eseguiti e originali nella presentazione.
Ottimo il dessert: una crostata di fragole con crema e panna, fresca e decisamente riuscita. Una scelta consigliata per una cena raffinata, ideale per scoprire come la cucina vegetale possa essere valorizzata in un contesto elegante.

The atmosphere is sophisticated yet welcoming, with soft lighting and a high-level feel. The staff was professional and very kind, ensuring a pleasant dining experience throughout the evening.
The cuisine is delicate with original flavor combinations. I tried the gratinated ancient grain ravioli (filled with artichokes, potatoes, and fermented lemon) and the vegetable mille-feuille with Beluga lentil hummus. Both were well-presented and flavorful.
The highlight was the dessert: a strawberry tart with cream, which was perfectly executed and refreshing. A solid choice for a refined vegan dinner, perfect for experiencing how plant-based cuisine can be elevated in an elegant setting.

Full vegan menu available from appetizers to desserts, changing every now and then. The cheeses are made from nuts. The service is great and the staff is very attentive to veganism and one of the chefs is vegan herself!

Amazing Clearly Marked Vegan Menu That Changes - Edit
I love the vegan options here! I have eaten here through three menu changes so far and you really can't go wrong. Lorens is located right on the beach, which makes for a nice walk after eating as well. The menu is available in English and the vegan options are all together, which is nice. The food is plated well and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Lorens is a stylish, fairly high-level restaurant with lots of vegans options. There is a vegan menu. Restaurant is really nice and pleasant in terms of decor. Waiters understood what veganism is. Nice area in Marina di Massa. Food was excellent. Generally follows a macrobiotic way of cooking.

I want to give five stars but happycow policy won't let me!!! I just at a delicious miso soup and a plate with pasta con pesto while I was drinking a black tea! The pesto came with pine seeds!! Then they served an incredible plate of mixed vegetables, Apple slices, Broccoli, Falafel, Kale, Pumpkin, Rice, Mandarine, dried tomatoes, olives, sun flower seeds!!! It was all so delicious!! The combination of sweet and sour was so well balanced! They serve macrobiotic plates with high quality ingredients. They serve vegan/vegetarian options and seafood. The staff is very professional and friendly! The place is beautifully designed and it has an authentic character. They play relaxing jazz music in the background. When the sun is shining we can enjoy the terrace which is surrounded by many living plants! They also sell some raw food energy bars for take away at the bar. The location has space for so many people that you can have a party with all your friends here! I will definitely come back!!
