Great bakery section - Edit
Brilliant for their bread selection! Folks travel from allover the city to purchase bread here. Its a shame they don't have a separate bakery just for this alone.

Lots of organic and obscure health foods as well as your regular needs, everything is quite pricey but it's all been good value for money. Unfortunately they sell meat and dairy but obviously it is just a regular food store after all.

This shop is amazing, many options of organic, local and vegan products. You need to bring your own container for certain things. A bit expensive generally but you can find some affordable goods.

Special shop on the Southside - Edit
A really great social enterprise stuffed with lots of interesting things alongside the basics. Good coffee/cake too. Emphasis on local produce and the environment. Love the salad bar!

Amazing store and nice lunch cafe - Edit
This is one of the best shops in Glasgow: They are partly a scoop shop where you can bring your own containers and buy dried fruit, oats, flour etc. or also washing liquids without plastic waste. They also have a large range of fresh vegetables from local suppliers and many vegan-related specialties.
Read moreThe cafe they run in the same place offers some vegan soups, homemade baked beans and always some cakes etc. The prices, both in the cafe as well as the store, are actually quite good given the quality of what they have on offer.
