Mixed feelings about this place - Edit
Been in here a couple of times for different things. Items are a little bit overpriced, but there are tons of vegan stuff. Had the cake from the cafe area which was delicious. They have a good range of 100% natural and cotton feminine care items, which are rare to find. Bulk buy section for nuts/grains etc for people who are zero waste! However despite all this, there is this weird eerie vibe about the place, it’s so huge yet there is hardly ever anyone in the shop, so it’s a bit unsettling and makes you wonder why. Feels like some virtual shop from a video game or something...
Read morePros: Lovely cakes , Loads of vegan food items, Bulk buy section and natural feminine care items
Cons: Expensive , Weird and eerie!

Thanks for visiting us and taking the time to feed back. We are always working to keep our pricing competitive. As a relatively new, independent business this is a constant learning process, particularly because we often trial new and specialist products. If there is anything in particular that you notice is higher priced in our store than in others we would be very grateful if you could feed this back to us, so that we can do our best to address it.
Read moreWe do have a large store with high ceilings and, as a result, need to be pretty busy to feel bustling. We have built up loads of lovely regulars over the past year and with the recent additions of a hugely extended packaging free/bulk buy section and an Italian restaurant section serving fresh pizza and pasta, the space is certainly more lively than ever on a daily basis. Hope you'll come back soon.

Some good food, some underwhelming food - Edit
I've been a few times and it's been a bit hit and miss to be honest. The pizzas I haven't found to be too great but the pasta salads and rice dishes I quite liked. There's a lot of good stuff in the shop though and it's nice to have a look about. Good for food-based presents especially.

Great Selection! - Edit
Ideal for coffee and cake, there are so many vegan options to choose from and they're all delicious! Unfortunately the meals aren't very fresh and are usually just heated in the microwave but they taste reasonable enough. The supermarket is great for vegans too, again with so much choice!

Expensive and boring - Edit
Our food was pretty expensive for what it was. Ordered a smoothie bowl, expecting it to have some fruit and cereal on the top but no, they literally just poured some smoothie into a bowl with no toppings at all and charged a fortune for it.

Nice place on the best street in town - Edit
Lovely layout and feel to the place. Some good vegan options in the supermarket, although I thought that there could be larger exclusively vegan sections that were somewhat cheaper. There were several products that my daughter and I pointed at and looked at each other in shock in reference to the price.
Read moreThere’s a veggie / vegan deli, which is great. We had a good coffee and vegan cakes in the Veggie cafe. Cakes were nice - uploaded a picture of them half eaten, sorry. Loads of options in the cafe. It’s got a nice feel to it. Moderately friendly service in the cafe. Will go back. Probably will extend to five stars if prices in the supermarket are reduced a little.
Pros: Lots of vegan stuff, Nice feel
Cons: Serves meat and fish

Great food, not so great service - Edit
The food is amazing. Lovely fresh and tasty. Staff are lovely. The seating area is well laid out and kind of cosy without being cramped. Mains, salads, pizzas, cake, smoothies - all great. The service is much improved and labelling between vegetarian and vegan is clear, although nearly everything is vegan. 😊There is good, wholesome food at a good price.

Lifeline - Edit
Liv Organic was my lifeline when I was in Liverpool for International Beatleweek 2017. I’m sure it will be the same this year. It’s ideal for keeping a vegan Beatles fan well fed during the festivities. Very handy for the Adelphi and the nearby student accommodation where I stay.

Fantastic Health Food Store - Edit
This is a fantastic health food store, well worth a visit. There is a cafe on the premises selling savoury food and a range of cakes (including vegan ones!) available to eat in or take away. Vegan cakes included: Mocha Sponge Cake, Victoria Sponge Cake, Oreo and Biscoff Cake, Biscoff Cake, Oreo Cake and Brownies! *Heaven* I was also very pleased with the wide variety of Sheese vegan cheeses available in the shop.

Good store and café with many vegan items - Edit
Large store and café, sourdough bread, bulk, frozen, chilled and packaged food, fresh produce, chocolate, fresh pasta bar, etc. Café offers breakfast menu 7:30-11:30 am, including avocado on toasted sourdough £4.95, peanut butter and banana on toast, muesli, full vegan breakfast. Four mains and salads available. At 3:30 pm the enchilada was a bit tough, but a fresh pan of vegan lasagne arrived, so I had that too – so fresh it was soupy, but good (it likely firmed up after a while). Soup that day was sweet potato and ginger £3.95. Small plate (one main and salads) £8; large plate (two mains and salads) £10.

Market and cafe - Edit
Organic wholefoods shop with cafe inside.
Read moreGood self service choice of vegetarian and vegan meal.choose a main and help yourself to sides. I chose a tofu wrap with Indian dressing which wax very tasty and numerous sides ,potato salad green beans and mangetout, sprouts with sesame seeds couscous. Which all looked good but didn't really taste of much. But still plenty nutrients.
Been again recently had a great chocolate brownie .however the staff could do with some Costa barista training .they are slow and disorganised with drinks.

Amazing vegan sandwich and cake options in the cafe! - Edit
The shop itself is kind of like a mini wholefoods, there is a range of unusual vegan and organic ingredients and snacks, as well as a beauty and health section but it's quite expensive, but they do student discount and have decent reduced price stock when it's not selling, which is helpful! But overall I'd say the prices need to come down a little for the location.
Read moreThe cafe however is extremely good value for money, the coffee is out of this world, I recommend an oat milk latte! And the vegan cake and pastry selection is incredible! They also have a lunch buffet which looks delicious.

What a time to be aLIVe - Edit
Stumbled across LIV on a trip to Liverpool, I didn’t make plans to visit, but there was not a chance I’d miss popping in. A MASSIVE Organic and Natural foods store with a HUGE vegan presence. I’m pretty sure if there’s something you’re looking for, you’ll find it here. They do sell meat and other animal products unfortunately, however this is minimal compared to the majority of vegan produce. There are also meal deals available in the store, as well as a sit in café/deli.

sight for sore eyes - Edit
After being turned away from another establishment listed in happy cow I stumbled upon this gem on my way to central train station, they have a pick your own thing where they have mains and then you can pile on an array of beautiful salads and noodles etc. Only one thing I could see was not vegan, the chocolate cake with pistachios on was to die for, the staff were lovely too
