Misleading Menu-Not Vegan/Vegetarian Friendly

We traveled from out of state and relied specifically on HappyCow to find a safe option for our family, but we had to leave. While the menu uses a leaf icon to mark "vegan" options, our server informed us that every single one of those dishes contains fish sauce, except for one plain soup. We asked if the dishes could be made without it, but they refused to accommodate modifications. We were very disappointed, and frustrated.
