We both had the Nourishing Plate and were making nom-nom noises the whole time ☺️ all the elements were cooked to perfection and super tasty with such a variety of flavours and textures on the plate. The Brussel Sprouts were the best !!!

Underwhelming - Edit
Found the food to be a bit below average in flavour, expensive and the green juice a bit unpleasant. The cinnamon scroll was the only redeeming thing. Warm and sweet. But won’t come again.

Great the hours have changed - Edit
Updated the hours as shown as jot open on Sundays, so that was lucky cause there not allot of options on a Sunday morning.
Read moreVery good coffee as long black, only do Regular size as largest serve, not cheap but that seems to be a Tasmanian norm.
Scrambled Stunner very good, polenta crunchy on outside and soft in middle, tofu scramble was best we’ve ever had.
Okonomiyaki Corn Fritters very good, presentation was excellent, I think maybe I would like the cashew cheese on the side instead of smeared on top of the top fritter but personal choice.
Nourishing plate was also very good, we added avocado, black rise was clumped a bit like sticky rice which I really like so the whole bowl was really good.
Sourdough English Muffins were ok, no photo as the youngun had an egg with it. However the tempeh was pretty thick and not such an authentic bacon type sub, he wasn’t impressed but he isn’t impressed about being plant based in general.😒Not something we would order next time.
Orange chai with oat milk was good, coffee excellent, soy latte good and banana power puff very good.
Nice atmosphere, lovely staff, tucked off the main drag, right next to multi story car parking.
Pros: Nearly everything can be vegan, Mostly Gluten Free, Central location
Cons: It’s not local to me in Sydney

Pretty good - Edit
Definitely an interesting menu and pretty good taste overall, but some stuff needed more flavor, whereas I'd definitely tone down the turmeric on the scrambled tofu. Some portions seem a bit small for the price, life the English muffin, but the tempeh definitely surprised me for the better, very smoky and reminded me of grilled mushroom.
