Great discovery - Edit
We were in Montpellier for one night and had invited a couple of local friends to dinner. We thought we had found a veg-friendly restaurant, but it turned out to be relatively inaccessible. As we emerged from the parking lot, we found "L'Insensé," checked out its menu and found that it offered a vegan plate, which we decided to try. What a great find! The vegan plate was refined and delicious. Highly recommended.
