Delicious Raw Vegan Food

Came across their booth yesterday at the Honolulu Farmers Market. They were very friendly and helpful answering our questions. My husband and I enjoyed the living lasagna, tri-layer dip with flax seed thins and date nut mana bars. This was a pleasant introduction to raw vegan cuisine.

Pros: Excellent food, Quality ingredients, Friendly service

Cons: Pricey

Raw vegan yummy goodness

Visited the Licious Dishes booth at the Blaisdell market on Wednesdays (Not sure if they are there every week though).... This place was wonderful, the people were so friendly and awesome, free (multiple) samples of everything and anything they have on hand so you can try it before you buy it, they were very generous and their food was delish. They even have meal plans options you can purchase . I had their layered dips and chips, raw "granola" bar, kale chips, everything was so yummy and wholesome. It was a bit Pricey (but worth it) ... but hey we know the benefits of eating this way and that sometimes it costs a bit more especially here in Hawaii right.
