My fave NYC Bagels - Edit
I love the bagel options here and the tofu spreads are so good with a good variety. The veggie spread is my favorite, followed up by the spinach spread. This is also one of the few places that doesn't burn the garlic bagels.

Good option for vegan Bagels in NYC - Edit
We actually went to the location 7th Ave but doesnt look like they're registered on HC.

They were definitely yummy and we appreciated the number of vegan options but it wasn't the best vegan bagel we've had. Wished they had some vegan breakfast Bagels with mock egg/cheese etc. But overall if you're wanting to have a bagel in NYC it's a good option

The bagelbonos and assorted tofu spreads are my breakfast staple when visiting New York. Several time since being home I have thought, “I could really go for Liberty Bagel right about now.”
Read moreI’ve seen other locations with reviews saying the shops are chaotic and super busy. I went to multiple locations and never felt that way. I thought the staff were super quick and efficient and was very happy with the service.
