I sent the following email (on July 25th) and got absoutely no response. Nada! Nothing from them... So, clearly Lettuce Feast does NOT give AF!

Posting here in hopes of saving even just one of you from suffering and wasting your precious time and money. TONS of other/much better Vegan options with individuals that actually APPRECIATE you and your business and treat you with respect.

Dear Lettuce Feast
I wanted to share my disappoint with my first interaction with you, but would like to begin by saying I was truly excited to try your food! I think I originally read about you in LA Times or LA Magazine and since that initial time have followed your truck. I live in Studio City so I was patiently waiting for our schedules to click!
Sunday, July 25th was the fateful day.

Per your website’s instructions,I coordinated the best time for me, planned accordingly, and ordered my food expecting a few minutes once I arrived.

When I arrived at the truck, there was one person standing, I assume waiting. I walked up to the truck and wasn’t really greeted but stood there for a few moments at which point the girl working the window asked if I had placed an order. I know It’s 2021, but no hello? No, how are you, thanks for being here, how’s your day?
I learned later, that it was going to be worse. Which I do want to say at this point, the girl working the window is pretty much useless. I say this because, as far as my interactions with her, and her representing your business, she is. Useless. Scratch that, not useless, detrimental. She makes me want to not only ever partake in your business, but she makes me want to share this review everywhere I can, as a warning to others who may consider trying you.

After confirming my order, which took an exorbitant amount of time to confirm, I guess she couldn’t find the order because you know, there must be thousands with my name at my time, arriving at the proper time and the time I’m meant to be there and am standing there.
Regardless, she told me that it would be 10 minutes or so. Not in a friendly way, more matter of fact. So I stepped aside and waited.

As I waited I think she helped another two people, one who’s food was ready. After some time the lady who had been waited went up to the window and complained that she had ordered in advance and why was it taking so long. At which point she received her food. That got me worried, so I got back in line, there were two women in front of me and apparently
